September 2024: Release 1 – EduView

Summary

September’s first publish brings us a mostly maintenance and preparatory release for bigger, better things. A few minor enhancements and a handful of bugfixes keeping things on track for EduView.

Enhancements

• EduView now allows you to search and attach a location/room when creating TeamDynamix tickets.
• EduView’s “All Tickets” View when utilizing internal and salesforce connections are no longer limited to 2000 tickets.
• EduView’s “All Tickets” page now remembers your date range selection properly from other areas.
• EduView now allows you to specify a parent ticket during edit and create when using the TopDesk integration.

Defects

• EduView’s Entra ID integration was not properly displaying Last Sign In Date and Time in some situations, this is now resolved.
