September 2024: Release 2 – EduView

Summary

Our mid-September release contained mostly forward looking code and a minor number of bug fixes and enhancements to keep rush time running smoothly.

Bug Fixes

• Escalating a ticket in Eduview could result in an improper ticket ID.
• Some ticket views were not being filtered properly in all scenarios, this is now resolved.
• KB Article formatting did not utilize page space properly.

Enhancements

• Chat logs are now available in all escalated tickets, even for student work views if optioned.
