San Jose State University Selects BlackBeltHelp to Provide Technical Support Services for Canvas®

CA, 2022: We are happy to announce our partnership with San Jose State University to provide technical support services for Canvas®. The partnership was entered through the existing MEA BlackBeltHelp has with the California State University Chancellor’s Office. BlackBeltHelp’s robust and technology driven support will instantly connect students and faculty to the support they need beyond the business hours, weekends, and holidays.

San Jose State University will also leverage the Simplify Platform to assist users with features, such as simplify advisor, chatbot, SMS nudging and self-help. These products will help the college to remove student barriers while reducing administrative costs.
