September 2024: Release 3 – EduView

Summary

Our Last September release contained a number of minor  bug fixes and enhancements to keep rush time running smoothly. We’ve also added several TeamDynamix enhancements and the ability to download records from the “Conversation History” page for ingestion into other systems or analysis outside of the control panel. 

Bug Fixes

  • Escalating a ticket in Eduview could result in an improper ticket ID.
  • Retrieving more than 10,000 records in the Conversation History area of the Chatbot Administration Panel no longer results in an error.

Enhancements

  • Added ability to search KB articles in TopDesk from within the EduView application.
  • Allow changing of alternate email for One Login customers from within EduView to facilitate password reset and OTP/MFA reset.
  • TeamDynamix support within EduView recieved multiple updates to facilate opening new tickets, editing tickets and assigning tickets.
  • The date is now displayed in the chat log with the time.
  • Within the Chatbot Administration Panel you can now download the results of filtering from within the “Conversation History” Page.
